Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and your pup's well-being is our priority.

Your item must be in its original package, unused, and in a condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Returns must be requested by email (store@pawered.com).

Once all the information is gathered, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.

*If 14 days are exceeded, we can’t accept the return.

 

For all returns other than damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (see above), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).

Important: Please do not ship your item before you get in touch with a customer service representative. Due to the volume, we cannot process packages that have not been approved by one of our representatives. 

Backorder Policy

Although we try to have items available all year round, occasionally, some may be temporarily out of stock. If 7 days have passed since you placed the order and you have not received your tracking information, please get in touch with us.

We will notify you if any item in your order is out of stock and we will provide you with availability dates and options so you can make an informed decision about your order.

Risk Of Loss 

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

*Important: Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by customers. 

Allergy/Irritation

We do our best to develop the safest pet supplements formulas out there. However, before using our products, please consult with your veterinarian. All ingredients are disclosed in the package so you can make sure you are buying a healthy natural and transparent product.

What are the Return Exceptions for Pawered chews?

  • Items cannot be returned if they are opened.
  • Merchandise opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Any discounted item is considered a final sale. If it is a final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

 

Is there any Cancellation Policy?

Before shipping, your order can be canceled at any time. Once your order has shipped, a canceled order will be subject to the same conditions as a returned order unless refused upon delivery. Refused items will reflect in the tracking.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace your items, please submit a return request and reorder the items you wish to receive.

Items on Sale/Promotional holiday items

Please note that all discounted items and purchases are final. That includes:

  • Holiday promotions
  • Orders that include a coupon code
  • Special Discounted Bundles

 

Fraudulent order

Please note that in case of suspected fraudulent activity, Pawered reserves the right to keep the funds for up to 180 days to resolve potential chargebacks and disputes with third parties. The suspected orders will not be shipped until the customer has verified further information over the phone. We will not accept order verification via email for suspected fraudulent purchases.
