Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Once you've placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Free standard shipping is available for orders of $90 or more, sent to addresses within the USA and US Territories. Additional processing, shipping time, and restrictions may apply to some products and locations.

Canadian Orders
The estimated delivery time for Canadian orders is 15 days.
Please allow some additional time for your order to arrive.

Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

For international shipments, including Canada, please allow an additional two weeks for delivery.
Providing a P.O. Box for an international order might result in unwanted delays as sometimes the carrier requires a physical address for the final delivery.

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes within the United States! Please be sure to select "Standard (3-7 business days)" or "Free Shipping" if applicable during checkout.


While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we highly recommend that you be present to accept delivery, given the high value of your order. We realize this may be inconvenient, but we want to ensure that your purchases arrive securely. Our products must be stored in a cool, dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep or mailbox for an extended period.

We do our best to cover all the fees when shipping international orders. We also prepay duties and taxes when the service allows us to.
Be aware of prices and regulations for your destination country, as we are not responsible for customs fees imposed by other countries.

If you think your mailbox/mailing room is not secure, please email us so our shipping department will include a "signature required" option for free. We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered and have been stolen or lost.
